Overview

With Westfield competing in a crowded retail and entertainment space, the goal was to elevate its social presence by creating dynamic, audience-first content. Through on-the-ground content capture, strategic planning, and rapid-turnaround production, we crafted engaging TikTok and Instagram content that celebrated key Westfield moments—from store openings and fashion trends to celebrity collaborations and food experiences.

The Challenge

Westfield needed a bold, social-first approach to capture the Gen-Z audience and stand out on fast-moving digital platforms. The challenge was to create authentic, high-energy content that aligned with TikTok trends while staying true to Westfield’s brand identity. With the demand for rapid turnaround and high engagement, the campaign had to be both agile and visually compelling.

The Solution

As part of the creative leadership team, I took charge of content strategy, creative sign-off, and execution, ensuring each asset was trend-conscious, brand-aligned, and engaging. By leveraging platform-specific features and collaborating closely with in-house teams, I developed organic, fast-paced TikTok videos shot and edited on-site at Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City. These videos captured the energy of real-life moments, from new store buzz to fashion showcases and food experiences.

The Result

Within just a month of launching a new content plan, the content exceeded follower goals, reaching 1 million engaged users- predominantly Gen-Z. By embracing fast-moving digital trends, we successfully transformed Westfield’s presence, turning it into a highly engaging, culturally relevant brand on social media.
