Tasked with proposing a solution to ensure a consistent brand experience following the merger of train operators Thalys and Eurostar, I developed a comprehensive presentation to unify the onboard café service experience under the new Eurostar branding.

By analyzing the brand values, customer expectations, and operational specifics, I created a deck outlining how to consistently roll out the new identity across all touchpoints. My approach balanced aesthetic cohesion with practical execution, ensuring that passengers would experience the newly merged brand in a manner that felt both fresh and familiar, from the café logo to menus, across digital and print.
